SHIPPING
All services are tracked and a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking code will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. To track your order, please visit the website of the courier and enter your tracking code.
- All orders placed will be dispatched the following day, Monday – Friday.
- Next Day orders placed after 1:00 pm Friday - Sunday will be delivered by the following Monday.

Standard Delivery is FREE worldwide on all orders over USD200/EUR200.
We have three worldwide shipping options; Standard Tracked Delivery; Priority Tracked Delivery - DHL; DPD EU/USPS US. Shipping costs are determined by zone and a full breakdown can be found below.
You will have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery method as you proceed through checkout, and will be able to check the total order value (including postage and packaging costs) before you complete the transaction.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Import taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer. As they are imposed by your local customs office, we, unfortunately, have no control over these costs and are therefore unable to offer assistance. We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
